On March 19th, the No. 2 high-temperature annealing annular furnace of Baowu Group TISCO's high-end cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel project was successfully ignited. This milestone follows the commissioning of the No. 1 furnace in 2021, reaffirming the technological leadership of MCC-CERI Engineering & Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "MCC-CERI") in high-end grain-oriented silicon steel annular furnace systems.


As a key provincial project in Shanxi, TISCO's high-end cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel initiative produces what is regarded as the "masterpiece of metallurgy" – a testament to pinnacle industrial manufacturing prowess. Cold-rolled silicon steel stands as a strategic product for TISCO, playing a pivotal role in its specialty steel portfolio.


The MCC-CERI-designed annular furnace integrates proprietary advanced systems, including:

·       Standalone fully automated protective gas control systems

·       Online atmosphere analysis instrumentation with real-time monitoring

·       Intelligent combustion and cooling control systems

·       Hybrid wired/wireless communication networks ensuring absolute operational safety

TISCO's production line now stably manufactures premium-grade HiB steel (High Permeability Grain-Oriented Silicon Steel).
