Job Responsibilities:

20 roll mill operator
1. Proficient in operating a 20 roll rolling mill to complete the full process control of steel coil unwinding, rolling, and coiling, ensuring that the thickness and shape accuracy of the plate and strip meet the process standards;
2. Real time monitoring of rolling parameters (rolling force, tension, speed, temperature, etc.), dynamic adjustment of parameters and recording of production data to ensure a product qualification rate of ≥ 99%;
3. Perform equipment inspection, lubrication, and daily maintenance, immediately shut down and report any abnormalities found, and reduce equipment failure rate;
4. Quickly respond to unexpected issues (such as deviation, steel jamming, hydraulic leakage), cooperate with maintenance teams to restore production, and reduce downtime losses;
5. Inspect the quality of raw steel coils, ensure that the threading is aligned, and avoid scrap caused by raw material defects;

2. More than 5 years of experience in operating 20 roll mills or continuous rolling units, familiar with the rolling process of ultra-thin plates/precision strip steel/silicon steel;
3. Priority will be given to holders of special equipment operation certificates (pressure vessels/lifting machinery) and metallurgical industry safety certificates;
4. Proficient in operating PLC control systems and HMI interfaces, with basic electrical/hydraulic maintenance skills;
5. Strong ability to withstand pressure and adapt to shift work (day shift/night shift/rotating rest);
6. Have good problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit.
