On the afternoon of June 26, Chen Gencai, Chairman of Jinlei Company, led the electrical steel construction team consisting of Wu Jun, Shen Anlin, Fu Ruxue, Liang Youguo, Cheng Shuzhong, Xu Yuanlin, and Shen Xuqing to the electrical steel project construction site to inspect the progress of the project on site.

The machines on the project site roared and welding sparks splattered, and the construction was in full swing. The construction team went deep into the core construction area, carefully inspected key links such as the steel structure construction of the main factory building and the foundation construction of the main equipment, and inquired in detail about material supply, personnel allocation, and recent measures to cope with the high temperature and rainy season. In response to specific issues raised on site, such as the connection of power facilities and the entry of large equipment, the construction team clarified the responsible parties and time limits for resolution, emphasizing the need to break through bottlenecks and reserve sufficient window periods for subsequent equipment installation.

The leaders of the construction team require that all parties involved in the project must establish an efficient collaborative mechanism, strictly implement the safety production responsibility system, especially strengthen high-temperature operation protection and flood prevention emergency preparedness, to ensure the high-quality and efficient progress of the project. The installation of all main equipment should be completed by the end of October, laying a decisive foundation for equipment debugging in November.
