On the morning of February 17, the concentrated commencement of major projects in Deqing County for the first quarter of the breakthrough year and the commencement ceremony of the Zhejiang Jinlei high-grade electrical steel new material project were successfully held at the construction site of Moganshan High tech Zone. County and high-tech zone leaders Wang Bo, Wang Jianfeng, Chen Jian, Chen Yiping, Gao Qun, Shi Minli, and Jiang Qinghua attended. This event marks a solid step for Zhejiang Materials Co., Ltd. in the field of soft magnetic new materials, and also indicates the strong momentum of major project construction in Deqing County.
Wang Chaowei, General Manager of Zhejiang Materials Co., Ltd., stated in his speech that relying on the parent company's more than 30 years of deep cultivation in the steel industry and innovative spirit, focusing on the research and development, production, sales, and service of high-grade soft magnetic new materials, it is currently the only private enterprise in East China that uses normalized MEC ecological descaling technology to produce long process high-grade electrical steel. The company aims to solve industry pain points and adopts Zhejiang Mopi Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.'s "green, low-carbon, zero emission" MEC ecological descaling technology in its production line. It is the world's first MEC ecological descaling production line, focusing on breakthroughs in key technical indicators such as material permeability and energy consumption control, to help customers achieve green, efficient, and sustainable development. The project will introduce international advanced equipment to form an annual production capacity of 250000 tons of high-grade soft magnetic new materials, fully meeting the market demand in the fields of new energy generation, smart grid, electric vehicles, etc., and helping customers achieve green and efficient development. He emphasized, "The project is not only a milestone in the development of Jinlei, but also an important part of the local economic transformation and upgrading. We will promote project construction with high standards and high efficiency to ensure early production and effectiveness of the project
At the ceremony, Wang Jianfeng, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee and County Mayor, fully affirmed the strategic significance of the project in his speech. He pointed out that the Zhejiang Jinlei high-grade soft magnetic new material project is one of the major projects in Deqing County that broke through the concentrated construction activities in the first quarter of the year, with a total investment of 1.6 billion yuan and an expected annual output value of 4.1 billion yuan after reaching production. The construction of this project is not only a strategic measure for enterprises to seize the trillion level track of new energy and electronic information, but also injects strong momentum into the high-quality development of Deqing's advanced manufacturing industry.
