On the afternoon of January 22, Chen Gencai, Chairman of Jinlei Company, led the electrical steel project preparatory team to the project construction site to inspect project progress on the ground, coordinate the resolution of construction difficulties, and ensure that the project goes into production and achieves expected benefits as early as possible.

At the project site, welding sparks flashed and machines roared, and equipment installation was in full swing in an intense and orderly manner. The preparatory team went deep into the main plant and inspected one by one the current equipment installation status of core production lines, including the 1400 rolling mill, 1760 rolling mill, Decarburizing Annealing (Nitriding) and Coating Line (DCL), bell-type annealing furnace unit, Heat Flattening and Coating Line (FCL), and Special Annealing Coating Line (SACL). They inquired in detail about the progress and difficulties of key stages such as equipment positioning, electrical installation and subsequent commissioning plans. In response to specific issues raised on site, such as precision adjustment of certain equipment and coordination of cross-construction among multiple systems, the preparatory team addressed the issues on-site, clarifying solutions and division of responsibilities, and required that seamless connection among all processes be ensured to fully guarantee the window for subsequent stand‑alone and joint commissioning.

“The current stage is critical for the equipment installation sprint, and equal importance must be attached to schedule, safety and quality,” the preparatory team emphasized on-site. All participating construction units should further strengthen coordination. While racing against time, they must strictly implement construction specifications and the safety production responsibility system, and in particular strengthen control over high-risk operations such as lifting of large equipment and electrical work. All work must be reverse-scheduled around the project’s final production target to ensure that installation is completed to high standards and lay a solid foundation for subsequent commissioning.

This on-site supervision gave a strong boost to the resolution of key issues in project construction.
