On the afternoon of June 26, Chen Gencai, Chairman of Jinlei Company, led a delegation of the electrical steel preparatory team, including Wu Jun, Shen Anlin, Fu Ruxue, Liang Youguo, Cheng Shuzhong, Xu Yuanlin and Shen Xuqing, to the electrical steel project construction site for an on-site inspection of project progress.

At the project site, machines roared and welding sparks flew, with construction in full swing. The preparatory team went deep into the core construction areas and carefully inspected key links such as steel structure construction of the main workshop and foundation works for main equipment. They inquired in detail about material supply, personnel deployment and measures to cope with recent high temperatures and the rainy season. In response to specific issues raised on site, such as power supply connection and mobilization of large equipment, the preparatory team designated responsible parties and deadlines on the spot, stressing the need to clear bottlenecks and reserve sufficient time windows for subsequent equipment installation.

“While racing against time to meet the schedule, we must pursue excellence in quality,” leaders of the preparatory team required that all participating parties establish an efficient coordination mechanism and strictly implement the work safety responsibility system, with particular emphasis on protection against high‑temperature hazards and emergency preparedness for flood control, so as to advance the project with high quality and high efficiency, complete the installation of all main equipment by the end of October, and lay a solid foundation for the decisive equipment commissioning in November.

This on-site supervision fully demonstrated the preparatory team’s great attention to the electrical steel project. As a key initiative in the region’s new materials industry layout, the efficient completion and commissioning of the Jinlei electrical steel project will not only significantly enhance the company’s core competitiveness, but also inject strong momentum into the high‑quality development of advanced manufacturing in the region.
